In the late 1990's the NCPF set up three digital groups, based on Tyneside, Teesside and North Cumbria, to provide members with a forum in which to develop their skills.    Two of the groups still operate, with the Tyneside Group still operating under the direct authority of the Executive Committee, whilst the Teesside Group has formed into an independent club with NCPF membership.
