Our site provides a service to clubs and societies that are affilaited to the Federation, and to their members. Details of the Federation, and its organisation have been included on the page titled About the Federation , and of officers and members of its Executive Committee on the Executive page.
The site contains basic information and contact details for all NCPF Clubs. Many now have their own web sites and these can be accessed from that page or from the Links page. The Federation's area is supported by two Digital Groups, based on Tyneside and Teesside, with the appropriate page giving their details. Further information on clubs is supplied in the NCPF Directory, which is produced and circulated to affiliated clubs and societies each year. Updates to the new edition of the Directory, due to be supplied to clubs and listed members later this summer, will appear on our Directory Updates page. To keep you abreast of Fedration news and of future events in our area, you can access the News Page and the NCPF Diary, to which, by using the facility provided on that page, you can submit your own or your club's future events for entry. More detailed information about NCPF Events can be found on the page of that name. We publish a twice yearly bulletin, called "Northern Focus", which is circulated to clubs and societies. This is also reproduced on a separate web site, called Northern Focus, and can be accessed directly from this site. One of the biggest events in the NCPF Calendar is the International Salon of Photography. Organised by the Federation for over twenty five years, this regularly attracts thousands of entries from dozens of countries around the world. From this part of the site you can access details of the forthcoming Exhibition and download entry forms etc. Also, from the previous year's events you will find full details of award winners (including many of their photographs) and all acceptances . Our Links page gives access to major photographic sites, together with other useful links, such as sites from which you can download entry forms for ALL UK International Exhibitions and Salons as well as many worldwide. All web sites of NCPF affliated clubs are listed, and it also contains a section for the web sites of individual members. So, if you are a member of an affiliated club or society and have a web site that is not listed, then please E-mail us with the details. Similarly if your club's site is not listed, let us know so we can include that as well. |
